What we collect
Only what you choose to give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, company, and the details of your requirement, through the consultation form or by phone, WhatsApp or email.
This website collects nothing else. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, so visiting it tells no other company that you did.
How your request reaches us
The consultation form sends your details over an encrypted HTTPS connection to FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, which delivers them to our business inbox. Your request is not stored on this website.
Pages that hold the form are marked so that browsers and networks do not keep a copy.
How we use it
- To reply to you and understand your requirement.
- To carry out the consultation you asked for: research, comparison, coordination and follow-through.
- Never for advertising. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Who we share it with
Only the manufacturers or brands involved in your project, only the details they need, and only after you agree to take that step.
Manufacturers and brands share their rates, capacities, formulations and plans with us in confidence. We keep them confidential: one manufacturer's quote or rate is never shown to another, and a brand's plans are never passed to a competitor.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Confidentiality agreements
We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, with clients, manufacturers and brands, before any sensitive information is shared.
How we keep it safe
- The whole site is served over HTTPS only, enforced with HSTS.
- A strict content security policy stops the pages loading code from anywhere else.
- Pages with forms are sent with instructions not to cache them.
- Access to enquiries is limited to the proprietor and, for a specific project, the expert who needs them.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry or project needs it, and any longer period the law requires for business records. After that, and whenever you ask, we delete it.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also raise a grievance about how we handled it.
