We help you check that the manufacturer's licence and product permission cover your exact product, that certificates are current, and that the agreement matches what was quoted. We also look at whether responsibilities for testing, storage and complaints are clear, and whether your brand name and pack text are consistent across every document.

We help you prepare the documents, collect copies from the manufacturer, and keep one organised file for each product. When a question comes up later, from a buyer, an inspector or your own team, the answer is in one place rather than spread across old emails.

We are consultants, not lawyers, and we do not give legal opinions. Where a filing or a legal opinion is required, for example a trademark or licence application, we coordinate with licensed professionals and keep the work moving alongside the rest of your project.
